Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClipAgent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
If you use ClipAgent on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Description of Service
ClipAgent is an AI-powered tool for creating short-form video projects, including scripts, scenes, images, videos, and related project assets.
The service is provided as is and may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, provider availability, security, legal, or operational reasons.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if an account is used in a way that violates these terms, harms other users, or creates risk for ClipAgent or our infrastructure.
Your Content
You keep ownership of prompts, scripts, uploads, generated media, and other content you create with ClipAgent, subject to any rights held by third parties or platform rules that apply to your materials.
You grant ClipAgent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ClipAgent for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harmful, or unsafe purposes. You are responsible for the content you generate, upload, publish, or distribute through the service.
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer private systems, scrape protected areas, or use ClipAgent in a way that disrupts other users.
AI Generated Outputs
ClipAgent uses AI systems and third-party providers to generate or assist with content. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs generated for other users.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or relying on it, including checking legal rights, factual accuracy, platform compliance, and suitability for your audience.
YouTube API Services
ClipAgent may use YouTube API Services to support video upload, channel connection, and video management features when you choose to connect your YouTube account.
By using YouTube-connected features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and acknowledge that Google privacy practices may apply at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
You can revoke ClipAgent access to your Google or YouTube account through your Google security settings. For more detail about YouTube data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
TikTok Connected Features
ClipAgent may allow you to connect a TikTok account and submit user-selected rendered videos from ClipAgent to TikTok using TikTok's developer tools and Content Posting API.
When you use TikTok-connected features, you are responsible for the video, caption, visibility setting, interaction settings, AI-generated content disclosure, commercial content disclosure, and any other posting choices you make before submitting content to TikTok.
By using TikTok-connected publishing features, you also agree to follow TikTok's applicable terms, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation, and, when relevant, TikTok's Branded Content Policy.
TikTok may review, process, reject, restrict, delay, remove, or otherwise control content submitted to TikTok. ClipAgent does not guarantee that a TikTok post will be accepted, published, remain available, or be visible to any particular audience.
Sandbox, unaudited, or review-stage TikTok integrations may be limited to private visibility or other restrictions set by TikTok.

Billing and Refunds
Paid plans, subscriptions, credits, and usage limits are shown before purchase or inside your billing area. Taxes, payment processor rules, and regional availability may apply.
For annual plans, the tokens included with the plan are not granted all at once. Instead, they are credited in equal monthly portions across the 12-month term, with one portion released each month while the subscription remains active.
ClipAgent uses Whop as a third-party platform for payment, subscription, checkout, and billing-related features. When you purchase paid access through Whop, your payment may also be subject to Whop's Terms of Service at https://whop.com/terms/ and Whop's Privacy Policy at https://whop.com/privacy.
Refunds, cancellations, billing errors, and trial rules are described in our Refund Policy.
Availability and Liability
We work to keep ClipAgent reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results, or availability of any specific model, provider, or feature.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ClipAgent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page, and continued use of ClipAgent means you accept the updated terms.
