Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how ClipAgent collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our AI video creation service.
By using ClipAgent, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We may collect account details, email address, billing status, product usage, prompts, uploaded references, generated project data, support messages, and information needed to provide and secure the service.
We may also collect device and browser information such as browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, connection information, logs, and approximate technical diagnostics.
YouTube API Services
ClipAgent may use YouTube API Services to enable YouTube account connection, video uploading, channel access, and video management features when you choose to use those features.
Depending on the permissions you grant, we may process YouTube account access tokens, basic channel information, upload capabilities, video metadata, and settings required to manage uploads.
ClipAgent's use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
TikTok API Services
ClipAgent may use TikTok developer tools, including Login Kit and the Content Posting API, when you choose to connect a TikTok account or submit content to TikTok from ClipAgent.
Depending on the permissions you grant, we may process TikTok account identifiers, display name, avatar, granted scopes, encrypted access and refresh tokens, creator posting information, available privacy options, comment/duet/stitch availability, maximum posting duration, captions, visibility settings, AI-generated content flags, commercial disclosure settings, scheduling choices, TikTok publish identifiers, publish status, and error messages returned by TikTok.
We use TikTok data only to provide the TikTok-connected features you request, including account connection, showing the connected account, loading creator posting settings, submitting user-selected rendered videos to TikTok, checking publishing status, troubleshooting errors, and disconnecting or revoking access.
When you submit a video to TikTok, we may send TikTok the selected rendered video URL hosted by ClipAgent, the caption, selected privacy level, comment/duet/stitch settings, AI-generated content and commercial disclosure settings, and the authorization needed to perform the requested TikTok action.
You can disconnect your TikTok account inside ClipAgent. When you disconnect, we clear locally stored TikTok access and refresh tokens and make a best-effort request to revoke access with TikTok. You may also revoke ClipAgent's access from your TikTok account settings where available.

Google API Services User Data Policy
ClipAgent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Information
We use information to operate ClipAgent, generate requested outputs, save projects, process payments, provide support, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, and communicate important service updates.
When you connect YouTube, we use YouTube data only to provide the YouTube features you request, such as uploading or managing videos.
When you connect TikTok, we use TikTok data only to provide the TikTok features you request, such as account connection, creator posting settings, video submission, and publish status checks.
Payments Through Whop
ClipAgent uses Whop as a third-party platform for payment, subscription, checkout, billing, and related account access features.
When you make a purchase, Whop may collect and process payment details, billing information, transaction records, fraud prevention signals, tax information, and other data required to complete and manage your payment. ClipAgent does not store full credit card numbers.

Data Storage and Retention
We keep account, billing, project, and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
For YouTube API Services data, we temporarily store YouTube-related data for a maximum of 30 days unless a shorter period is required. After that period, the data is refreshed, deleted, or retained only where required for security, legal, or user-requested functionality.
For TikTok-connected features, encrypted tokens are stored only while your TikTok account remains connected. TikTok publishing records, settings, publish identifiers, statuses, and errors may be retained for account history, troubleshooting, audit, security, and support unless deletion is requested or retention is otherwise required.
You can request deletion of stored YouTube-related data, TikTok-related data, or other account data by contacting support.
Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect account, project, and integration data, including secure communications and restricted access to sensitive systems.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your account credentials and connected platform accounts.
Your Rights and Choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, billing, fraud prevention, or security reasons.
You can revoke ClipAgent's access to your Google or YouTube account at any time through your Google security settings page.
You can disconnect TikTok from ClipAgent or revoke ClipAgent's TikTok access through TikTok where available. Disconnecting TikTok stops future TikTok actions from ClipAgent but does not automatically remove content already submitted to TikTok.
Children's Privacy
ClipAgent is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
